I am Patrick |
It all started roughly 21 years ago when God brought to this earth a little baby boy. God had great plans for this baby boy and knew a amazing future awaited him. This baby boy is now 20 years old and living for the Lord with great passion. This baby boy is me, Patrick Morgan Thompson. |

I found this blog this morning on www.covenanteyes.com about being a christian on Facebook. It is by Daniel Darling who is the Senior Pastor of Gages Lake Bible Church in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This article in particular talks about the Friends you shouldn’t have on your Facebook as a Christian. After reading the article I went in to my friends list and noticed I had a few of these types of friends…what do you think about this article? Read the article after the break…

Matthew 22:37

Yes it is true; I have started a blog on Tumblr! I am not quite sure how much I will use it however I can now say, “I have a blog, visit it!”
I am going to try and do a daily bible challenge that will be posted to my blog. I am going to start in Genesis and work my way through the entire bible till the last book of Revelations. I am not just reading the books to read; I will be digging much deeper in to each CHAPTER to learn more about God himself and the many question I have come up with through out my 20 years on earth so far. As a man I also feel it is important for me to know as much about the bible and being a Christian as possible so that I may one day lead my household in the ways Christ lead his people. I want to be the leading example and my love for God is so great that it shines through to other; making them want what I have. I am hoping by researching each chapter, looking at commentaries, and looking at different versions of the Bible that I will be able to achieve what I am striving for.
Thanks to my friend and family for their support and as always, have a blessed day!
Patrick
